Purchasing shipping insurance protects you against loss or damage that could happen whilst your item is in transit. Whilst a very rare occurrence, damaged and lost parcels do occur and its essential to have peace of mind with shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is bound to the following terms and conditions:

1. If a package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it the insurance will cover you, provided the following steps are taken: the buyer will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and if the shipping carrier deems the package lost you will be entitled to a free replacement

2. If damage is suffered during transit to your address, you must contact us within 24 hours to make a claim. We will then assess your claim and if eligible, ship out a replacement item

3. Items can only be declared as lost by the supplier. Insurance does not cover shipping delays. If an item has not been delivered after 3 months, then a claim is lodged by the supplier with the shipping carrier and if they deem the package lost you will be entitled to a free replacement. Customer cannot “declare parcel lost”. Any items in transit up to 3 months are not covered by insurance under “lost parcel” status.

4. Insurance does not cover you against damage to the product after receipt

Infrared PEMF Mat

PEMF stands for “Pulsed Electromagnetic Field” and these frequencies are found in nature. PEMF frequencies at specific hertz can help you focus more, learn better, sleep deeper and recover faster.

When choosing which PEMF frequencies to use its best to look at what you are trying to achieve. Below is a list of the settings and their benefits.

Level 1 – Delta Waves at 1-3Hz

Delta waves have been shown to induce relaxation and improve deep sleep. These types of waves can assist with you falling asleep faster and staying asleep for longer. This setting is best used between 1-3 hours before bed and anytime during the day if you need to relax and calm yourself.

Level 2 – Theta Waves (The Schumann Resonance) at 8Hz

Grounding and Earthing are becoming more popular in wellness. This is the process of walking barefoot on the Earth and allowing the Earth’s natural electromagnetic frequencies to enter the body.

The Earth’s frequencies are at 7.8Hz and is called the Schumann Resonance. If you cannot get outside to ground to the Earth, you can experience the same benefits by using this setting on your PEMF Mat.

Level 3 – Alpha Waves at 9-12Hz

Alpha waves have been shown to induce a sense of calm and relax us. This type of brain wave has also been shown to boost mindfulness which makes it an excellent choice for meditation, manifestation, and yoga practice.

Level 4 – Beta Waves at 13-30Hz

Beta waves are perfect if you are looking to improve positive thinking and conscious thought. This setting is best for deep meditation practices. By increasing concentration this stimulating setting is best used during the day and should be avoided before bed.

There are no restrictions on how many times a week you can use your Infrared PEMF Mat. You can use it whenever and for however long you like. We would recommend using the Infrared PEMF Mat at least 3 times per week for optimal results.

Not all the LEDs on the PEMF Mat will illuminate as some of these are Near Infrared LEDs, which are invisible to the human eye but are registered to us as heat.

Lay out your PEMF Mat, plug it in and select which frequencies of energy you wish to receive based on your goals. With the easy-to-use remote control, you can add the beneficial red light, NIR light, FAR Infrared heat, or all combined! Set your timer and enjoy your session.

You can enjoy a session for as little as 1 minute up to 1 hours.

Please refer to the user manual for more information on setting up your Infrared PEMF Mat.

Our Infrared PEMF Mat has extremely low levels of harmful EMF radiation. These have been measured between 0.16mG, with 2.0mG being the official safe criterion.

It is impossible to achieve zero EMF levels from any electrical device that runs off mains power.

You can use your Infrared PEMF Mat whenever and wherever you wish. Our customers have the best results using their Infrared PEMF Mat in the following locations:

  • Before bedtime
  • Watching TV
  • Meditating
  • After a workout
  • When you need creativity
  • When you are feeling stressed

The Infrared PEMF Mat is super easy to clean. Turn off the device, and once it's cooled down, wipe it down with a damp cloth.

You can wear any clothing you like with the Infrared PEMF Mat. For the red light therapy settings, it’s always better to wear less clothing for optimal benefits.

Infrared Sauna Blanket

Wipe the Infrared Sauna Blanket down after your session with a mild disinfectant or damp cloth. This takes around 30 seconds.

The Infrared Sauna Blanket offers more privacy, better hygiene, takes up less space and is more cost effective than a regular Infrared Box Sauna.

The Infrared Sauna Blanket emits FAR Infrared Light, the same as a regular Infrared Box Sauna. The Infrared Sauna Blanket gets you closer to the infrared heat source, allowing for a more effective and cheaper session.

We recommend using your Infrared Sauna Blanket around 2-3 times per week for optimal results.

BON CHARGE takes electrical safety very seriously, and we have our products independently assessed to the gold electrical safety standards before releasing them to our customers.

We assure you that our Infrared Sauna Blankets have been tested to the appropriate electrical safety standards and are safe for use. Our Infrared Sauna Blankets hold SAA Electrical Safety Certification.

We have taken extra steps to release a safe Infrared Sauna Blanket. We have completed two independent tests on the Infrared Sauna Blanket, both of which have passed international safety standards.

Our SGS test looked at 197 substances (including formaldehyde), including Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). The result from the SGS test is a pass in all 197 substances, including Formaldehyde.

We have also ensured we obtained a RoHS Conformity Certificate. The certification is based on Anbotek's test results and related substance information. The concluded test results were that our Infrared Sauna Blanket fulfils the requirement of Directive 2011/65/EU and falls in line with the safety standards of materials used.

The temperature range for our Infrared Sauna Blanket is 77 to 176 degrees Fahrenheit (25-80 degrees Celsius). This temperature is fully adjustable using the controller that is supplied with the Infrared Sauna Blanket, so you can find your perfect temperature. Our USA/Canada 110-120v Infrared Sauna Blankets show temperature in Fahrenheit and our 220-240v Infrared Sauna Blankets show temperature in Celsius.

Our Infrared Sauna Blanket will fit people up to 6 foot 7 inches in height. It’s important to note your head and neck should be outside the blanket when taking your session.

Blue Light Blocking Glasses

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses are our nighttime glasses with a red/amber lens. Peer reviewed academic studies have shown that the best Blue Light Blocking Glasses need to block 100% of blue and green light between 400-550nm.

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses have been lab spectrometer tested to block 100% of blue and green light between 400-550nm making them one of the most optimal Blue Light Blocking Glasses available.

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses are made in an optics laboratory and not factories, meaning experienced optical technicians create each lens. This also allows us to offer prescription, readers and non-prescription glasses and deliver a three-stage quality control process before shipping your glasses off to you.

We offer full transparency on our lens capabilities, making our lens reports available to everyone on our website before purchase, allowing you to see exactly what frequencies of light are blocked. These can be found under each pair of glasses on our website.

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses are classified as medical devices in Australia and are included in the ARTG under 388832, 388832 and 388834. Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses also hold FDA registration.

It’s important to ensure you purchase the best Blue Light Blocking Glasses available. Whilst we do not like to comment on other brand’s products, as it’s unethical, we always suggest getting the following information before purchasing any pair of Blue Light Blocking Glasses. All of which is available on our website for our Blue Light Blocking Glasses.

  1. Ensure they are made in an optics lab.
  2. Ensure the lens test report is available.
  3. Ensure the lens test report shows 100% blue and green light blocked from 400-450nm.
  4. Ensure the Blue Light Blocking Glasses are registered with the FDA and TGA.
  5. Ensure the lenses are amber/red otherwise they will not be blocking enough blue and green light to improve your sleep.

Quality products cost more than sub-par products and BON CHARGE Blue Light Blocking Glasses are no exception. Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses may seem more expensive but given their quality, you will be assured a good quality pair of Blue Light Blocking Glasses for a long time, rather than a cheaper pair which may only last a few months.

The main reasons our Blue Light Blocking Glasses are of a more superior quality and come with a higher price tag are as follows:

1. BON CHARGE Blue Light Blocking Glasses are made under world class optics laboratory conditions, not mass produced in a factory. This gives them unrivalled optical grade quality.

2. BON CHARGE Blue Light Blocking Glasses technology is custom made, targeting the exact frequencies of light the academic literature states one should block. Not all Blue Light Blocking Glasses on the market target specific wavelengths of light and either block too little or too much of the wrong kind of light, making them suboptimal. We pride ourselves on engineering our lenses in line with science to bring you the most optimal blue light blocking lenses. Blocking 100% of blue and green light from 400-550nm.

3. BON CHARGE Blue Light Blocking Glasses frames use the highest-grade materials available which gives them the perfect fit and comfort when wearing them. Often, cheaper pairs use low quality acetate, which will feel heavier and uncomfortable when you wear them.

4. Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses are certified medical devices, registered with the TGA and FDA, which is extremely rare to find with other brands and a symbol of our commitment to quality.

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses work by blocking 100% of blue and green light between 400-550nm. By wearing our Blue Light Blocking Glasses 2-3 hours before your bedtime, you block the light that scientific studies have shown to disrupt your melatonin production. This creates a kind of psychological darkness which tells your circadian clock that it’s nighttime and to produce more melatonin.

The result, which has been shown in academic studies, is improved sleep, more energy the next day, and a more aligned circadian rhythm.

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses can also be used on long haul flights to help keep your body clock aligned and by night shift workers, two to three hours before your scheduled sleep time.

Amber/Red (Blue Light Blocking Glasses) - For nighttime use to improve sleep and manage jet lag.

Yellow (Light Sensitivity Glasses) - For daytime use to manage migraines and photophobia.

Clear (Computer Glasses) - For daytime use to manage digital eye strain and related headaches.

Check out our lens color guide. For more information on what lens, you may need to suit your needs.

We offer both prescription and reading glasses in each of our frames and in all lens colors.

Select whether you’d like non-prescription, prescription or readers before you click add to cart. For prescription service, you can upload your glasses script at the checkout, and we will then custom make your desired lenses in your very own prescription. Prescription glasses can be single or multifocal/progressive options and are made in our optics lab.

For reading glasses, select your magnification between +0.25 to +4.00 at the checkout once you have chosen your frames and lens color. We offer readers in +0.25 increments.

For more information on how to order prescription or reading glasses please visit our How To Guide.

We understand it can be hard to select the right size frame. To make it easier we have outlined the steps to get your perfect fit below.

Firstly, we recommend identifying which frames will best suit your face shape. You can do this on each collection page by applying the “Face Shape” filter.

Secondly, check the frame measurements by using our size guide.

If your BON CHARGE glasses arrive and do not fit perfectly, your local optometrist can easily adjust them to fit. They do this either for free or for a nominal fee. However, you can exchange as many times as you like with BON CHARGE until you get the perfect fit.

Our Blue Light Blocking Glasses are designed to be worn two to three hours before bed, or immediately after the sun has set.

You can also wear our Blue Light Blocking Glasses while flying to manage jet lag or two to three hours before your bedtime if you are a nightshift worker.

We do not deem peripheral light too much of an issue.

The iPRGC receptors are in the inner retina and function in such a way that the extremely minor light that may peek through sides or top of frames is not enough for the PLR (pupillary light reflex) to phototransduct to any large degree because the iris is open to a wider diameter due to the lens themselves already putting a dynamic reduction in light volume. In simpler terms, light can only affect our circadian rhythm if it shines directly into our eyes. Light coming from the sides doesn't penetrate into the back of the eye.

However, if you suffer from light sensitivity and deem peripheral light an issue, we recommend our fully wrap around frame called Onyx.

Computer Glasses

Our Computer Glasses are our daytime glasses used to target digital eye strain and digital related headaches.

Our Computer Glasses have been lab spectrometer tested to filter blue light across the entire blue spectrum.

Our Computer Glasses work by filtering down harmful high energy blue light emitted from digital devices and overhead lighting.

This type of light may lead to digital eye strain, headaches, and a lack of productivity.

By wearing a pair of our science-backed Computer Glasses whilst working on your digital devices or under artificial light during the day, you can reduce the symptoms of digital eye strain. This can help boost your productivity, give you less eye strain and less digital related headaches.

Light Sensitivity Glasses

Our Light Sensitivity Glasses are our daytime glasses used to target photophobia and migraine headaches.

Academic studies have shown blue light from 415-450nm can cause ocular damage associated with eye strain, headaches, and photophobia. By blocking blue light in this range during the day you can lessen the symptoms of migraine headaches and photophobia.

Our Light Sensitivity Glasses have been lab spectrometer tested to block 100% of blue light from 400-455nm. Ensuring the potentially harmful frequencies of light highlighted in the academic literature is blocked.

Light shining from the sides doesn't penetrate into the back of the eye.

Sleep Masks

Your sleep mask is best hand washed in warm water. Be careful if using soaps as this may cause eye irritation.

The Blackout Sleep Masks are best handwashed in warm water using a mild non-toxic detergent.

The Blackout Sleep Masks are designed for back, belly and side sleepers. We have listed which mask may be best for you below:

  • Side Sleeper– Low Profile Contoured Blackout Sleep Mask
  • Back Sleeper– Classic Blackout Sleep Mask, Cotton Blackout Sleep Mask
  • Belly Sleeper– Contoured Blackout Sleep Mask

The eye cups are held on by Velcro. They are easy to remove and then position exactly how you like to fit your face perfectly.

Our Blackout Sleep Masks will fit almost any head size. They come with a long strap to ensure the perfect fit for almost every person.

Blue Light Blocking Lighting

We have reverse engineered the common LED light bulb to minimize flicker by including a current alternator within the bulb.

We have also ensured our low blue light products contain less blue light than standard LED bulbs which make them perfect for the daytime.

We have ensured that our blue light blocking lighting only emits red light making them perfect for the evenings, before bed.

Smart bulbs change colour by using Bluetooth or WIFI which will increase levels of EMF you are exposed to in your home. Cheaper red light bulbs that are red or amber in colour also may emit some blue or green light which isn’t ideal before bedtime.

630nm, pure red light

Yes, the full spectrum light bulb is flicker free.

A full spectrum light bulb is a bulb that emits all colours of light in similar quantities. This is the same as sunlight. A true full spectrum light bulb will have different settings to mimic sunlight at different times of the day and night.

Smart bulbs emit high levels of EMF radiation as they are powered by Bluetooth or WIFI. Smart bulbs may also not emit full spectrum light, but rather just different coloured light. They may also flicker. Using a BON CHARGE Full Spectrum Light Bulb means you are getting a low EMF, zero flicker and circadian rhythm friendly lighting experience.

EMF Radiation Blocking Products

We have specialized in EMFs for many years and read countless studies on their potential effects on humans and animals.

The EMF radiation blocking technology located inside all our EMF radiation blocking products uses various layers of radiation absorbing material to reduce electromagnetic radiation more effectively than other products with some other companies. Our EMF radiation blocking products block up to 99% of radiation between 0.1Hz and 40GHz which cover WIFI, Bluetooth and 5G radiation sources.

Place the laptop mat under your laptop and place your laptop on your lap or table. The pad then blocks EMF radiation emitted from the laptop due to the electromagnetic radiation blocking technology found inside the mat.

No. WIFI continues to work as designed.

Yes, they are designed so you may insert directly into the ear canal, effectively eliminating background noise, however, they are not noise cancelling earphones.

Firstly, clean your phone case or back of your phone with kitchen towel or similar to remove excess dirt. Peel off the back of the sticker and stick it on the back of your phone. The sticker can be positioned anywhere on the back of your phone.

The harmonising sticker does not directly block EMF radiation. The harmonising sticker works by releasing negative ions (not positive ions found in electromagnetic fields) and this can harmonise your immediate environment.

Yes, your phone will work as normal and not impact your signal.

We recommend gentle hand washing in cold, soapy water and hang drying to protect the shielding material. We do not recommend the use of a washing machine or tumble dryer for this product.
